• Identification and contact: name, phone or WhatsApp, email and country of residence.

• Property details, if you are an owner: location, title deed, property tax bill, condominium regime, photos, videos and features of the property.
• Stay details, if you rent with us: dates, number of guests and contact details during the stay.
• Data needed to close a deal, only if you buy, sell or have us manage a property: official ID or passport, CURP, RFC (Mexican tax ID), proof of address, tax regime, occupation and source of funds, payment receipts and, if we manage your property, the bank account where we deposit your rental income.
We use financial and asset data (budget, source of funds, bank accounts and payment receipts) only with your express consent, given when you sign the contract or in writing. We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send us health, religious or other sensitive information through our channels.
3. How we use your data
Purposes needed to serve you: (1) answer your request and contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email; (2) show you properties, schedule showings and prepare valuations or proposals; (3) enter into and carry out brokerage, marketing, property management or vacation rental agreements; (4) coordinate the transaction with notaries, banks and, where applicable, bank trusts (fideicomisos) for foreign buyers; (5) identify you and keep your file as required by Mexican anti-money-laundering law, since real estate brokerage is a regulated activity; (6) issue invoices, collect payments, deposit rental income and keep our books; (7) handle questions and complaints.
Additional purposes, not needed to serve you: (1) send you new listings, pre-sales and news from Parcelas Bienes Raíces; (2) publish photos and videos of properties you list with us on our social media, ads and website, without showing your name or contact details.
If you do not want us to use your data for any additional purpose, tell us at any time at cesarschumacher@parcelas.mx or by WhatsApp. Saying no does not affect the service you hired.
4. Who we share your data with
We may share your data, without needing your consent, with: Ingeniarte 2008, developer of Rancho Verde, to formalize your reservation or purchase; notaries public, banks and trust institutions involved in your transaction; the other real estate agent when a deal is shared; the accountant or firm that keeps our books; and tax, anti-money-laundering or other authorities when the law requires it. We also use providers that store or process data on our behalf, such as cloud storage, messaging (WhatsApp), vacation rental platforms and advertising platforms (Meta). They may only use it to provide that service to us. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data while our relationship lasts and afterwards only as long as the law requires: the identification file for a sale is kept for the period set by Mexican anti-money-laundering law, and tax information for the periods set by tax law.
6. How to exercise your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and you may withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data. Send your request to cesarschumacher@parcelas.mx with: your name and a way to reply to you; an official ID, or your representative's ID and proof of representation; which data and which right you want to exercise; and any document that helps us locate your data.
We will reply through the same channel within the time limits set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican data protection authority.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site may use cookies and measurement tools such as the Meta pixel or Google Analytics to see which ads and pages work. They collect browsing data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
